Relationships shape how we experience ourselves and one another.
At times, something in the relationship may not feel as it once did. Conversations can become difficult, repetitive or avoided altogether, and it can be hard to see a way forward on your own.
Relationship therapy brings two people together to look at what is happening between you.

The focus of the work
Together, we attend to:
– how you communicate, and what may be missed or misunderstood
– underlying needs or expectations that are not always spoken
– patterns of conflict, criticism, distance, or withdrawal
– how earlier experiences and family dynamics may be influencing the relationship
– the impact of wider factors such as culture, values, and lifestyle
By seeing these patterns more clearly, it becomes possible to speak and listen differently.
The aim is not to decide who is right, but to develop a clearer understanding of one another, and of the relationship itself.
Who this is for
This work may be helpful for:
– partners experiencing tension, distance, or a loss of connection
– parents and adult children navigating long-standing difficulties
– siblings managing conflict or family responsibilities
– separated or divorced partners working around co-parenting
– any two people wanting to understand and relate differently
